PASSIONE PASTA creates quality, authentic Italian food using only the freshest, highest grade, Italian and locals ingredients. We will primarily offer home made, fresh pasta offering different seasonally types of pasta sauce– including meat and vegetarian option.

We will also offer beers by the bottle and draft, Italian and Californian wines red wines, each hand-selected to accompany any of our food offerings perfectly.

PASSIONE PASTA will have a retail section selling our signature products created by Fabrizio Cercatore and Chef Alessandro Campitelli such as fresh pesto sauce and fresh pasta packages to make your own pasta right at home.
