Berkeley, CA (September 13, 2023) – Benvenuto! On Saturday, October 21, 2023, Passione Emporio is bringing a taste of Tuscany to Berkeley, California with an evening of Italian food and wine, deeply rooted in tradition, flavor, innovation and technique. Chef Michele Massimo and Passione Emporio’s Maestro Pizzaiolo Fabrizio Cercatore have created a special menu for the evening, sculpted by seasonality and the best of local and traditional Italian ingredients. The event is limited to the first 30 people.

a choice of Bronte Pistacchio Panna Cotta or Tiramisù alla Nocciola Piemontese paired with Icardi Brachetto Langhe ‘19
Fabrizio Cercatore, Maestro Pizzaiolo and Founder of Passione Brands® + Hot Italian, and Tuscan Chef Michele Massimo, Founder of Il Cantuccio Restaurant and Botto Bistro, are co-hosting the event. They are available for interviews prior to, during and following the event.
