Italian-born Chef Master Pizzaiolo Fabrizio Cercatore moved to California in 2009, leaving his beloved sister Ele and their family restaurant, La Tavernetta, in Cinque Terre to pursue his Italian American dream and share his passion for Italian cuisine. His impressive entrepreneurship journey and delectable Italian pizza & cuisine have been featured in various news outlets, such as Food and Beverage Magazine, Pizza today, Afar, and SF Eater.
In 2012, Fabrizio founded Passione Brands with the spirit of combining the highest quality of United States grown artisan flours and grains, locally sourced products, and the culinary traditions of Italy.
